Logic can be beautiful... especially when it collides with the existing. I inherited the polygonal 'core' in the center of this floor plate - not something I would have ever planned, but it is forcing some of the more interesting aspects of the layout!

Office overhaul

This is project I'm currently working on. It's an 8200 sq.ft. government office with 75 staff members within its walls. Programming meetings were held with the two user groups for this floor. After a thorough discovery process I developed typical workstations for different positions. I presented the layout and massing of the new systems furniture to the project liaison and user groups with loose sketches made with the help of sketch-up wire frames.
